I've been able to win even with low salary's but it's hard to say what I actually learned from playing the game. It gets me excited about assets but it wouldn't be so simple figuring out what a good deal is in real life.
In my experience, the best way to identify good deals is to do your research and to start by making small investments. Over the years I've learnt how to invest and mitigate almost all downside risk. When I invest in shares, I never speculate or look for hot tips. Instead, I value companies based on their financial statements and buy them when I think they're good value. I prefer companies that pay dividends so at least I get cashflow as a worst case scenario. With Real Estate, it's the same, I look for opportunities that are good value and often buy problems that others aren't interested in solving. Good luck on your investment journey

Hey mate, from memory it didn't seem to work very well on internet explorer, but worked well on Chrome. Also, it might be worth checking your junk folder of your email incase your filter categorised it as spam - hope that helps get you started mate 😊

I played this game for while now. But I still don't understand why is that when I buy a property, I only pay the down payment price and not the whole amount of that property..
If I only paid the DOWN PAYMENT
isn't that the remaining amount called DEBT? And if it is debt then why it is not reflecting on one of my outstanding monthly expenses?

When it shows cashflow ( like cashflow of the condo is 200 dollar ) it has already accounted for all the expenses like mortgage. Mortgage is being paid by the tenant through his rent
Cashflow = Rent - Mortgage payment + other expenses.
Therefore your debt shall not increase , but if tenant leaves then bank shall takeaway the house and you shall lose the downpayment
