May Allah bless you soooo much soooo much. Literally I was suffering form this problem about my career. I'm so confused and no one was there to give me at least a guideline.
15 min is too less time to sort out a person's aptitude, atleast it should be one hour session. On your team's judgement a 16 yrs old child most probably would be bounded to follow the field according to your diagnosis. It's a huge decision.
Please do that counseling for class 8 as well. Because in 9th they need to choose between Science medical or computer, Commerce or Humanities. It will work best for them too.

That's a great initiative but this should also be arranged as online sessions so people living in other cities could register themselves too.

I knew this personality type concept from korean dramas I watched korean and Chinese dramas to see different careers as they show these detailed.....what comes in enfj is all mostly related to media fields and my parents want me to stay away from media sciences just cause I'm girl it's not suitable for me even if I said I can do most work at home....now soon gonna be bs student so searched career counselling
