I remember my dad buying me the og slime rancher and i just couldnt get off of it 😭 seeing this makes me so happy and emotional

Its not worth it. The only thing new is the map and the slimes are just aesthetically different.
It feels like a beta and not an EA after nearly a year.

It's so nice to see how far the original game has come. I remember downloading the game for the first time- being so excited as the game booted up, these games are something I hold very close to my heart. Good job Monomi Park!

This game is so wholesome! I've always love how aesthetically pleasing it is and the weather update will make it more pretty!!
I'm personally holding off till 1.0, I played after every new update in the first game and the full release just didn't hit as hard as it should have. Can't wait to experience this for the first time in its finished state!

tbh yeah youre better off waiting for 1.0 bc there wasn't any actual content beside 2 slimes, a new hen, a new fruit and some weather i wish that they would have save the weather update and just save it for 1.0 bc at first i couldnt even tell that i was playing an updated versions while sr1 had its small updates but sr2 newest update is incredibly lacking

They won't be adding co-op, they've already stated that. This is only a single player game.
@@JoreelThey said for NOW. Once the game is finished they may consider adding multiplayer but atm it’s not currently planned, unless they changed their minds this is what I remember them stating..still a very low chance of multiple player but not entirely a 0% chance
adding multiplayer isn't really in the grasps of reality since usually changing a single-player game to a multi-player one requires re-writing of pretty much the entire code of the game, but here's hoping!!
Amazing! It's crazy to think just how much dynamic weather fits with and improves the atmosphere! It's all I could think about as soon as I saw the email yesterday. I can't wait to try out the update!
I’m so glad to have this sequel to by far my favorite game. Thank you all at Manomi Park for all of your work on both of the slime rancher games, it has made memories that cannot be replaced.

Rancher log 30: The weather’s been so… random lately. But now, there’s like, dervish slimes appearing from those heavy winds, and tangle slimes appearing in huge overgrowths once in a while. I mean, it’s fun, sure, but who knows what could happen. …oh, it’s raining slimes out there… WAIT, RAINING SLIMES?! My conclusion: weather is very unpredictable. VERY.
when i first got to see the rain in the game i was so animated, like i never thinked i would get so animated with a simple rain rain!

I'm still trying to explore 100% in ember valley, I have difficulty finding the secret portal and the remaining treasure pods, but I won't give up yet. Even tho I've spent countless of hours searching😅

I have 3 of my youngest cousins playing it and they love how cute all the slimes look and the chickadoos!
It literally looks like the static electricity of the little fuzz balls are causing full on lightning bolts to strike to the floor, and I LOVE IT!!!

The first bit of the song where it uses that jungle reminded me of the ancient ruins of slime rancher 1

Adding weather changes is a great feature helps change the way you look at biomes and to stop a place from becoming stale after a long time of playing the game
