the sheer amout of times luke put the following dart exactly where the previous one hit is just amazing to me, the precision is uncanny at times in darts

He is. He dropped his elbow and darts consistently hit below their target. Once he DID hit a triple 20, he was able to correct, but only then. I have played for over 35 years, have myriad trophies from league and singles play, but only regional or lesser. So, trust me, aside from one measly double win for the state of Florida, I should not even begin to "criticize" these guys. I would not win but maybe, if I was lucky, one to three games out of 100.

Van Gerven hast to be VERY nervous in general encountering this opponent...further titles are very hard to get now. And there is Humphries, too.

Been watching him for a while in the modus series, never played that well at the world championship, compared to how he can , the real deal is here, I hope he achieves what he wants in the game .
