If you need more Rate, then Rate, but if your Rate substats are sufficient you can go Damage

Why not er rope?
@@hayemdr3474 You would lose out on a lot of damage and she already gets a lot of energy from her technique and her ult also refunds itself somewhat.

I just got her in 40 pulls right after getting Robin, and I do got to admit, she's stunning. Even as a male character enjoyer, the sheer power she holds specially in follow up teams is more than amazing, so she's a 10/10 for me 👍
