I find it that the "tail" gets to heavy for the cardboard broom stick. Wouldnt it be more solid and sturdy if you use a pvc pipe, heat that up and make it more oval. You could in fact makenl the stick and tail separate and connect it later.
I thought it was heavy too but it worked out well in the end. My only advice would be that whatever material you use, ensure that the broomstick’s “tail” is heavier than the handle to adjust the centre of gravity and maintain its balance when standing on the bipod.

Thanks for the amazing video.Is there any alternative to the air dry clay.I used Crayola air dry clay and it had tons of cracks on drying. Is it beneficial to use foam or paper clay to prevent it from cracks?
Most air-dry clays will crack, unfortunately. The brand that I use is DAS Modelling Clay. This brand doesn’t crack or hardly cracks when it dries. You could try fixing the cracks. Moisten the area with some water. Add fresh clay to fill in the gaps. Smooth the area and let it dry in a cooler place. I haven’t use foam or paper clay. I suppose paper clay could also crack but I’m not sure. If it doesn’t work, and if you can remove the cracked clay maybe you could skip this step and just file down the layers of newspaper a little bit to smooth it out and paint on top of it. Please let me know if these suggestions helped.
@@SuperCraftyListic Thanks I ended up using Foam clay .It is a little on the softer side, works like a charm easier to sand and get a smooth finish. What gauge wire are you using for the broom part? Can you share the link from where you purchased the wire
Awesome! Good to know that foam clay worked well. The wire that I used is craft paper wire. I used about 120 m (393 ft) I got mine from a dollar store.
