      after your first one (chest), I said you only have to do two more, deadlift and legs, done.BTW, when you're doing hammers it's best to always do both together, more core engagement

    Thanks for this video. I've been drumming for 15 years and was big into lifting. I stopped about 12 years ago and just picked up the weights again. Your videos (drumming and working out) have been very helpful and inspiring. I was looking for a good bicep workout and will try this one on wednesday!

      I do most of my cardio through the summer months .. just cuz I love running outside and in Canada it’s hell in the winter hahah 🤣

    Really cool video yet again. Discovered your channel like 2 days ago through a suggestion on a While She Sleeps vid and already watched 15 videos or so :) keep up the good work. Video and especially Audio on this one was great, the songs while you were training were awesome and I liked that you were honest with what you can and cannot do. Your a beast and I will definitely try some of your tips! Also please do a full basement tour, cause it looks so neat (Maybe as a 50k or 100k Subscriber Special or so)

    Hey Wyatt, a suggestion for you. do the hammer curls first then the incline curls and finish with the 21's. I also recently commented on your chest day video as I am newer to the channel. Keep killing it!

    Yeah.. these are like my favorite.
    Amazing video yet again Wyatt! Im a musician too but mostly focus on guitar and piano. I have an electric drumset i plan on playing more with the help of your tutorials. Im going to school for music production and think knowing all the instruments would help me be more rounded. On another note i heard a clip of the joe rogan podcast with travis! I’ll go watch the whole thing now but i know he’s plant based and so am I. I think eating more fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds also help with my recover and stamina as i focus on mobility and bodyweight movements the most. Maybe make a what i eat/ train in a day next! Idk haha your channel is always fire 🔥 haha keep up the good work.

      Brayden Tabakian yes it can for sure. You just have to make sure to train in ways that maintain your fast twitch muscles as well focus on mobility when needed. Most people aren’t close enough to worry tho... lie you really need to put on a lot of muscle before you are at the point you need to back off. At least that’s what I’ve found. 🤘🏻🤘🏻👍🏻

    Dude, at first I have to say that I am surprised about your positive attitude. It’s nice watching you even without being behind the kit.
    You biceps training routine looked nice and it seems like you are pretty conscious about what you are doing.
    But for my experience and for what I’ve heard a lot of times, you are maybe doing to much for the biceps.
    Just for the purpose of muscle build you can go with less sets and go for around 6-12 times per sets only.
    When your intention isn’t on musclebuild in first place it’s totally fine, but I guess you could have even better results with a little bit less for this tiny muscle.

    Hey man! Love your vids and love these training vids. Here's some feedback: When I was 25, I would always go balls to the wall with my workouts (known as the American style of working out) and it was awesome and tons of fun. But here's what happened: Since muscles grow and strengthen much quicker than ligaments and tendons, I started getting TONS of nagging, sometimes crippling injuries. And the more I pushed, the worse it got. You're obviously already just entering that stage. But recently, I switched to the Russian style of working out. At 37, I'm stronger than I ever was, and I don't get those horrible nerve pains anymore. Listen to GSP's trainer on the Joe Rogan podcast explain it here czcams.com/video/vR0m0Vt3JF4/video.html And keep in mind than drumming is mostly about speed, and mostly involves triceps and forearms. For us drummers who want speed AND power, you have to train speed and power. Listen to that clip, it's life-changing stuff. I just wish I had known this 12 years ago.

    Watch out your back man. You cant move ur back the way u did. Better using less weight, doing it right and having no future injury. I have and it sucks....

      GFC_CABRERO while he definitely needs to accept criticism, which I’m sure he is fine with since he asked for it, the amount of movement he had in his back was completely acceptable. Maintaining proper form on near failure reps is almost impossible, which is why light weight is used near failure to prevent injury. Great video man!
