You say certain vitamins should not be taken together, what about a multi vitamins supplement, with all the vitamins a person needs, should people not take a multi vitamins , but all vitamins separately?

Certain vitamins/minerals should not be taken together, you mentioned, but what about foods that are rich in said vitamins/minerals eaten together? And what about vitamin D3 and K2 together?

Between having to wade through which supplements are good for you, when to take them, what not to take together - kind of makes you want to throw up your hands 😵‍💫

Mineral salt zinc (even zinc cough drops) makes me vomit violently until I throw up green bile. But PLANT-DERIVED vitamins (like New Chapter) make me feel Great.

Hi Dr.Janine. Wow just found your Chanel and subscribed. I’m now binge watching all your videos and found out I’ve been taking my supplements wrong for years.
I have a question if on the Bcomplex bottle it says magnesium Stearate ( vegetable) or vegetable grade, is that considered a synthetic as it says (vegetable)? Or are they tricking us into buying that product .
Thank you kindly for your knowledge

Hi Dr. Janine. I love your channel. I have often wondered about mixing vitamins, the quantities and qualities of certain supplements. Your videos are very helpful and infomative. My husband has IBS with chronic diarrhea. It is sometimes causes abdominal pain and has caused severe hemorrhoids. Do you have any suggestions for supplements and vitamins that he should or shouldn't take? Thank you in advance for your advice.

I take a methylated B complex, Vit D3/K2 combo, Vit C, Magnesium, and a probiotic. I stopped all supplements d/t stomach issues, pain, indigestion, etc... I feel better taking nothing, but all my supplements are supposedly whole food based. I have added C back in with no issues. My B compkex has betaine in it. I'm wondering if that was my problem to begin with. Since I have tested positive with MTHFR, I need B vitamins, especially B12 and folate. Time to find another B or B complex supplement.

I’m taking Multivitamins, Magnesium, Omega 3, Vitamin D all the same time and I have noticed I’m getting small red spots on my left arm and left shoulder only. I wonder why I get them only on the left side and could it be cuz of these vitamins??

Is it possible for Magnesium to cause heart palpitations and ectopic beats? I took it for 9 months and ended up under investigation for ectopic beats and arrythmia. I carried on taking Magnesium Glycinate/Taurate because I heard they stopped palpitations. They didn't. But what did stop them, was when I ran out and in the week waiting for my reorder they stopped completely. As soon as I started with them again..boom...off went the arrythmia. I've stopped the magnesium and it's stopped the palpitations again. So now I'm confused because I have read the opposite and yet. I would be interested if anyone else has experienced similar.
