    It says "bar is received in partial squat then stand". Every video I watch an athlete doing Grace they go right from the partial squat to the push jerk. I look at your videos a ton bc they are extremely helpful. Should the word stand be removed if it isn't required?

      I think the partial or full squat is acceptable when the weight is too heavy to clean to the chest. IE: I just cant get 315lbs to my chest so I clean and high as I can and then squat it up and then press.....right now I just power clean but I'll eventually get to a weight too heavy to get up that high.

    The knees are coming forward. Instead, the hips should be pushed backwards
