    20分钟肯定發烤不夠,一定要有2倍大(因為之前就因为發烤不夠,蒸出來的包子是平坦不夠鬆軟)
    我有放3滴白醋,蒸出來的包子很白👍

    还是要看环境温度,夏天30多度20分钟够了,冬天还是得按照二倍大原则。

      It’s usually 75F in my home during summer because the AC is on. Should I put the bread outside to ferment since it’s usually in the 80’sF outside?
