Most of the lecturers in Medical school do not speak English, they always had a hard time to express their feelings in English, I saw an associate professor who can’t even defend what he wrote as a PhD thesis..I don’t want to name any .😅
I have brothers who graduated Addis university and took all their education in English and cannot speak one word in English. The Ethiopian education system failed. The problem is the government not the students. Example how they reach that level without proper education and no one talk about it.

So don't be amazed by our English skill.
