    • @ZannParker
      @ZannParker  Před 3 měsíci +1

      The beginning of the end is definitely here 😢😢. It saddens me to think that so many traditions will eventually be gone forever. It’s happening. There are even so many comments on several of my videos where people do not appreciate ancient traditions, and want everyone to be modernized. It’s sad that some people don’t realize how special these disappearing cultures and traditions are…

    Funny how in the west to find love we go swiping on tinder, bumble etc. But in that part of cameroon, they just organise a social event and let people see eachother. I think it's cool. I think you would qualify that to bumble since in both situations women get the power to make the first move. It can also be compared to speed dating here in the west. But this one in Cameroon is more colourful and ceremonious. Lovely to see😊

    Why would she go on a motorbike in open toed sandals and a long dress. Its not even the weather for it its monsoon season. Good documentary im just shocked, i would of thought someone visiting a tribe would be better dressed for the terrain, weather and importantly out of respect

      I’m glad you enjoyed the video despite all the judgement! It wasn’t monsoon season and as a woman, I don’t have to wear pants. In fact, I’ve been scolding in other countries for wearing pants, bc it wasn’t “what a woman should wear”. It’s not nice to judge- but thanks anyway for watching.
