Problem with hindus today is that they want to glorify their religion but they hardly practice it. Mughals and britishes manipulated and destroyed sanatan scriptures. I want to read Vedas and personally experience its knowledge. Till now i read bhagwat geeta and my experience is good.

Try to now write about each chapter of Gita. Soon you will learn you do not understand half of it. Then you wil buy commentaries. And different people have given different. Read them. Now read the whole mahabharat. And suddenly all of the stories now make completely different meaning and you understand the practical meaning of it. Read and understand Gita. Now read Ramayana and Mahabharata. This will give you enough of Hindu philosophy for your life.

"Mughals and britishes manipulated and destroyed sanatan scriptures", nope British did not! In fact, this is one area where we should really thank the British, British scholars like William Jones and many other Indologists are responsible for the re-discovering of the Vedas, before them Vedas were only studied and taught by the Brahmins, others were not allowed, and as "others" constitute most of Hindu population, we almost lost interest in those scriptures, they were lost! British found out those treasures and got super interested, they and German scholars loved those scriptures and made them popular in the west. Even today, more westerners study Patanjali's yogasutras than Hindus do!

It's not just a religion in the temples, it is an entire philosophical system and easy if life. One is invited to adopt what is useful to them into their spiritualb practice, but studying the whole system is a highly daunting task. I've been reading their sources for years, some tens of thousands of pages worth, and have barely scratched the surface.

      EVERYTHING ABOUT RIGVEDA IS FAKE
      1. This are not written in 1500-1000 BCE proof :- The original Rigveda are in the Sharada and Devanagari scripts and are written on birch bark and paper.
      2. Some people say that they are 10,000 year old or 1 lakh year old but am I right in saying this because they did not even know anything about the Indus Valley Civilization.
      3. We did not find any Excavation source (archeological evidence)to support rigveda because it is fake but Mesopotamia, indus valley civilization, ashoka , buddha Egypt etc we find excavation source
      4. There is no excavation source of Rigveda, so on what basis can we assume that it has become so old?
      # Language and epigraphic evidence #
      1. Language is the most important feature of Aryan culture. Linguists have reconstructed the Proto-Indo-European language. B.C. Began around the seventh or sixth century.
      2. Hittite inscriptions of Anatolia B.C. From the nineteenth century B.C. By the seventh century, people of the western branch of Indo-European speakers have been indicated in the region. Similarly, the Mycenaean inscriptions of Greece B.C. The arrival of people of this branch is indicated in the fourteenth century. Speakers of the maritime border of the eastern branch are mentioned in Mitanni and Kassite records of Mesopotamia from the ninth to the fourteenth centuries. But such records were not found in India. so debate it
      is meaningless.
Note :- Nothing has been found in India yet it has been established in India

Watching Ramayan....in lockdown,...Bhagwan apne Lila dekha rahe.. society ko soachne per majboor,...Kar rahe... Something going wrong in the society should be corrected soon, otherwise.. imbalance in society is near...I like Ramayan, with this act , God wants to convey message about gender equality, Har Stri ka apne Ghar mein putr ke saman ek saman adhikar milna chahiyee kyunki..uske Zindagi..ka future jyada..surakchit nai Hota. Putr ke saath putri ka bhi , proper education and sampati ( 🏠 ) mein ek saman adhikar hona chahiye Taki woh majbootii see. Apne future ka saamna Kar sake.. humme yah bhi Sikh milti Hain, Jahan izzat nai milti..wahan nai rahena chahiyee, jaise, Maa Sita apne Ghar.. dhartii Maa ke pass chale gayee. Thank you God , for such great lesson. Jay Sita Ram 🙏Yah bhi Sikh milti Hain Ramayan se, ki Stri ko koi parikcha nai dene chahiyee..kyunki..woh AGR parikcha de bhi de toh bhi kuch toh log kahenge longo ka kaam Hain kahena..aur iss wazah se, for being too good, people took advantage to insult her more ...unhe fir se vanvass Jana para.. Iss liye kisi bhi stri ko ..kisi ko bhi prove karne ki jarurat nai Hain, jis tarah purush samaj ko kuch bhi prove nai karna hota hain, both are equal. Pahele baar mein hi No means No kah Dena chahiyee.... Jay Sita Ram 🙏💐 🙏🇮🇳 This act was done by Almighty God to put question on this society, something going wrong in the society, should be corrected. To open the eyes of people, and prove how society can also be wrong, if Maa Sita punished for no reason, she leaves this society... And one can imagine the heavy loss ..if God is unsatisfied, if MAA Lakshmi Maa Sita is unsatisfied by the acts of people, Lord Ram Lord Vishnu will also become unsatisfied, .. and the society may have to pay for this in the long run, therefore respect women, respect females...to make.. Almighty Gods happy and stay blessed always. Jay Sita Ram 🙏 🌍🇮🇳🕉️🙏. Respect women, Ramayan se humme Sikh milti Hain, Jahan women ka respect wahan Maa Sita ka ashirvaad milega... Jab Maa Sita khus hongii..toh Shri Ram ka bhi Ashirvaad milega... Maa Lakshmi aur Bhagwan Vishnu ka bhi aashirwad prapt hoga, Jay Hanuman ji ka bhi aashirwad milega, Mahadev , Maa Parvati, Maa Durga, Maa Kali , Maa Saraswati .. sab ka aashirwad milega , inshort sabhi Devi - Devtaon ka aashirwad milega,... Kyunki tab Sabhi Devi - Devta khush honge... Iss liye humme ek dusre ka adar karna chahiyee... Jay Sita Ram..🙏🇮🇳🕉️🙏 - Sohini Priya.

I am not Hindu because I was born Hindu. I am Hindu because I wanted to be honest and scientific. Could not find anything even close to Vedas.
Gita teaches right action is doing the best possible at any given moment in a world where ideal options seldom exist and not acting will only make the situation worse.
    \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
    DHARMA:
Don't just believe only because others believe or say so....be a seeker! Reach the conclusion on your own. Find the answers yourself. That's what I love the most about Hinduism.
    "Philosophy decides goal of life
Goal of life decides ur lifestyle
    Lifestyle decides ur habits
Habits decide ur wants and needs
If your philosophy is disturbed, everything gets disturbed!"
Although it's not so easy to explain Dharma, but let me try in capacity of my understanding:
Dharma is based on Righteousness which in the core is based on the principle of "Minimization of Harm". Harm of what? Harm of 'Prakriti' which is neither 'aatman' nor 'brahman' bcoz aatman and brahman can't be harmed or unharmed. Prakriti includes everything in our behavioural life that we have to deal with, both living & non-living. So it includes Human society and it's Dynamic Value System, Animal Kingdom, Plants, Water, Soil, Sunlight, different Celestial bodies and everything remaining in this physical world which I might be missing here.
Making it more simpler, I would like to explain it one line or two:
First analyzing one's strengths and weaknesses according to a given dilemma situation of either conflicting responsibilities or non-conflicting responsibilities (that need to be prioritized), one should take that decision (or even at least think of it because one's intention also comes in his/her Karmic fold) at that moment in the capacity of one's intellect, experience and understanding; which would bring the maximum 'benefit' to the 'Prakriti' in whole for the larger amount of time possible. Now this 'harm' and 'benefit' requires a very detailed subjective analysis that changes from one situation to another. Dharma evolves with time on the principle of 'least harm' and harm from challenges that also keep changing with time.
For an example, let us take about 'peace'. Today to maintain peace in this age of war of faiths and civilizations, Dharma too has evolved by eliminating the principle of "One way Tolerance irrespective of what comes in return" and adding the concept of Poison Pills like Mutual-Respect and even Scriptural changes based on some minimum qualifier i.e., Mutual-Respect.
Take any other real life examples like Vegetarianism, Best World Order, Democracy, Economy, Corporate Dharma, Feminism, Freedom of Expression, Diversity in Unity vs Unity in Diversity, etc and try to critically analyze it, and you would understand what Dharma is indeed.
    \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

BTW, we even worship stones, rivers, cows, monkeys, snakes, birds, insects, mountains, etc in gratefulness bcoz we believe that creator is not separate in manifestations from creations. We believe God is one, but we don't believe he is in the sky hanging there and watching all from above. haha..Btw why one GOD, we believe in half God, 1/10 God, or even minus infinity God, what's your problem? We don't believe in discreet God, rather we have faith in continuous God that can't be explained in numbers. So better shut up and remain happy with your God without intruding into our affairs. Otherwise you know we will not be tolerant to the intolerant ideologies on the Dharmic principle of Mutual-Respect...Hahaha
This is not idolatry. Because idolatry means you are going after fame or money or sex or something very pleasure and more important than God to you. But if you people call ideology as idolatry too, then we Hindus can't help you because Abrahamic faiths are also about ideologies in one way or the other. But when you repeatedly say that you're going to heaven and non-belivers into hell permanently, I certainly feel pity for your EGO.
An image is an appropriate mental intermediary that "bridges between the inner world of the mind and the outer world of material reality", the image is a vehicle between sensation and reason. Idols are useful psychological catalysts, they reflect sense data and pre-existing inner feelings. They are neither the origins nor the destinations of thought but the intermediary in the human inner journey.
What they say idols is actually symbolism which is present in Christianity and Islam too. The only thing is that you keep it unknowingly whereas we keep it knowingly. Now let me tell them why symbolism is important. Notice that I say 'symbolism' important and that too in the initial phase of consciousness, but not mandatory. We believe in evolution, be it scientifically or spiritually, and therefore what we mean by 'Dharma' is not 'Religion' by the Western understanding. But that's another topic. So my point is that if the Abrahamic cults still want to say symbolism as idolatry, then please let them keep on because we are mature enough to handle disagreements decently because we believe in open architecture. But since we don't believe in bloody Tolerance(which seems very insulting to me), therefore we have our own principle of Minimization of Harm & Mutual-Respect which says that we will keep on respecting them genuinely regardless of their belief-system or faith only if they reciprocate the same for us.
I kiss Krishna's image out of love, and I am conscious enough to forgive those who would try to tear apart that paper in the hatred of image worship. The same way the picture of your parents aren't them but, through the picture you love them isn't it ? You develop a feeling and therefore you can't spit on your mother's picture...We believe in Dwaita, Advaita & Vishishtadvaita...Forget these, I can go into whatever relationship I want with the so called God. What's your problem? Every time muslim bow down to a black stone in Kaaba and they say we don't worship stone.
One time I bow down to a statue made of stone and I am an idol worshiper ?
In Hinduism I can close my eyes meditate and take the name of God without relying on objects while in Islam you MUST worship towards Kaaba's black stone so who's more idolater them or us ?
Symbolism (idolatry) is important for a beginner to concentrate. It's like you need to understand all the fundamental concepts of finite numbers (& discreet) before you try to understand the universal behavior of Infinity (& continuous). Don't you try to master in Arithmetic first before you jump to Algebra? Now this infinity may be analysed in both infinitely bigger or infinitely smaller aspects of cosmos. Therefore we have both outward (Science) and inward (Spirituality) looking approach in Hinduism unlike exclusive Abrahamic faiths which believe only in scriptures and neither in outward seeking nor in inward seeking. The only difference is that we believe in evolution and hence updates and reinterpretation of our scriptures is natural because there's no EGO in our Sanatana Tradition, whereas they think their scriptures as perfect...hahaha

Two years I gave to crack a competitive exam. We had a paper GS and in that we had to learn histry/ancient history/vedas, shruti and smriti, Upanishads, samhitas etc.
I kept in my mind to read more on upnashids and bgahwad. After my exam I am so attached to these texts..Which ever philoshical point I like I jot it down. Though I had a practise of reading B.Gita now in this lockdown I invested all my time chapter wise and it is summary of Upanishads as they match many points. I am living section by section line by line. I took help of the prabhuda books The bhagwad gita as it is. Loving more and more Hinduism.
Although I knew the facts which you told but the way you have explained with so much simplicity I am Reverend...thank you and regards for the video. Once again thanks.
