What do you think the take that the general quality of 40k and heresy sculpts have dropped off hard in the last half decade? Just comparing them to old stuff and age of Sigmar it feels like such a dramatic shift in quality.

I tried to resend them and couldn’t tell if they went through or not. I’m terribly computer-illiterate and I get frustrated with it really easily, but I’ll try again today. So, another workable bit for Librarian conversion is the hooded Blackshield head from the Deathwatch Kill Team kit. I built mine as Balsar Kurthuri, and was happy with it for quite a while, but recently broke it down into it’s components to try to neaten it up a bit. Having zero character or HQ models resulted in some fairly unique conversions for my army- so far I’ve made most of the common Legion ones but with an RG twist. So, a few Praetors, Forge Lord/ Mortificator, Primus Medicae, Champions, Heralds, Siege Breaker, Vigilator(s), Chaplain, Centurions, Alvarex Maun, Kaedes Nex, and Nykona Sharrowkyn (he matches his artwork from the cover of “Sons Of The Selenar”). I also made a whole squad of Mor Deythan with alternate poses and weapon loadouts, and several other units and characters that I can’t recall offhand. Necessity is the mother of invention, so GW’s lack of respect for the Raven Guard must be it’s father. I have to agree- Corax’s jump pack is the most delicate and easily breakable piece I’ve ever dealt with in all of my time hobbying, but it looks pretty cool once it’s done. Just don’t ever drop it, or you’re screwed. If I can’t manage to send pics through email, I do have an Instagram account that hasn’t been updated in quite a while, but there should be pictures of a lot of the conversions there. Just beware, when I started out I was doing a lot of double edge-highlighting, and so they might look like refugees from TRON. I’ve since gone back and repainted most of them to look more realistic and “30K appropriate”, but I haven’t gotten around to replacing the Instagram pics. I was able to get Corax' model in Australia, it was available for a short while after I put in a ticket to GW. Now, all bets are off, a lot of primarchs are less available anywhere right now - although the new warhammer store does not mention it for AU as opposed to list it out of stock. For those who are interested in the model, and when you see it available, put a ticket in with GW support.

How much smaller are the mor deythan and Dark Fury’s compared to regular tacticals or the new MK6? I was planning to get two of them for my ravenguard but not sure if I should get a regular mk6 assault but with the dark fury packs and weapons
I've always wanted to make a Raven Guard army. My friends warned me off of it and I went Alpha Legion instead. Now that I've started, and I've realized how little spare time I have, there is no way that I will be spending the time or money to pursue them.
If it helps I think dark furies are one of the better rewards of treachery units for alpha legion. Use them as a retinue for a jump pack warlord with hydran excusor and you can really mitigate the bulk ws4, make the 3 choosers real scary, and a full unit is only 330 points or so
They're pretty cheap already, $1 per vehicle, you get 6 in the package and multiple turrets for the tanks. I have made the mistake of going too cheap before and people just steal the files and chuck them on telegram for lots of $.
The 40k Raven Guard bare heads look like fat Island of Dr Moreau era Marlon Brando in Crow cosplay. Change my mind.
