1 tsp jeera
2 potatoes
Phool gobi
carrot

2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil
1 big onion finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp pav bhaji powder
1 tbsp lahsun chutney/schezwan chutney

This recipe is hands down the best I have ever tried. If you’re a person who doesn’t like the taste of beet root (like me), you’ll start loving it. The colour beet root spreads all over the bhaji is ❤️❤️ no need to add food colour whatsoever.
