Malaki talaga, especially now 2024. Hindi pa kasama nyan and gasto sa groceries which covers (food, laundry, personal hygiene), transportation pag nag commute lang, health insurance at kain sa labas. Hindi pa kasama sa padala sa pinas for financial support. Pag may kotse naman, meron pang CTP, 3rd party insurance, pink slip at rego at kasama pa doon and mechanic service. Pag may nag aaral sa high school meron ding mga school fees. Daycare pag may maliit pa. Gusto mo pang e enrol ng swimming or anong lesson pa outside of school ang mga bata. Meron pang subscription sa Netflix, phone at software like antivirus or office. Maraming mga hidden cost na pag samasamahin, masosurprice ka bakit ganon kalaki ang gastos. Sa Pinas pa lng, try to establish a passive income like CZcams blog or contents, Amazon fulfilment or sell digital products or services.

Hello George. Curious lang ako. You said you've been living in Oz for more than 10 years, have you consider buying a house in the near future? Because I have been staying here for almost 4 years and me and my husband na pinoy din, bought a house 2 years ago from Perth but we just move a year ago to Melbourne for good. And we are contemplating of getting a second house here in Melbourne pero due to inflation and high rise of taxes, parang nag alinlangan kami kung worth pa ba kumuha ng bahay or just make some investments nalang sa Pinas. But, in your opinion, do you still consider to buy a house here? Mabuhay!

Hi Peejey! We def considered it and ran through pros and cons. Location wise mas madaming pros at the moment to live in the city. Work, Education etc. Def in the next couple of years. 👍🏼
Investment in Ph is always worth it. Especially if you planning to retire there. We considering that as well but looks for those taxes implications. If you’ve seen it may tanong ATO for that. But def more better to invest rather than money sitting in the bank(being eaten by inflation)

I’m not aware po nung ganun requirement para pansinin ng agent hopefully ndi naman po and wala po akong kakilalang nagsabi na may naexperience silng ganyan but personal opinion ko po, that would be a good percentage when you renting or buying (30% of your monthly income) to go sa bahay or apartmenr.
