In fairness to jedward, I have to respect that they did a couple of those shows, got the piss pulled out of them, but took it well and kept going.

8 in the afternoon...died laughing over that and it feels so wrong to do so. Such a simple thing turned out to be so hilarious.
Jimmy got worse than a knock on the door by the taxman... the fucking Prime Minister took time out of his day to go on TV and talk about Carr's involvement in the scheme. Worse still, he jumped out of a meeting with some of the most powerful leaders in the world in order to talk about it. Carr is lucky he still has a career. You've got to be pretty funny for the public to say, _"Aah, go on then!"_ A middle of the road comedian probably never would have survived it. Carr handled it deftly as well. He didn't make excuses other than to say he just went along with his accountant telling him it was legal, but he owned it and apologized for it... something the Prime Minister, who excoriated Carr, never did with his connection to the Panama Papers. It's funny how these things go around.
Honestly, I appreciate how he handled it. Not only does he make jokes about it, but he actually seems to enjoy it when others do as well. Quite admirable.
