This song is a testament that we truly never know what someone is going through mentally. Justin struggled mentally basically his entire childhood and adolescents, and all people did was judge him while he cried for help. Thank you God.. for giving him the strength to not only carry on, but for allowing his to be a testament of what faith can do to carry you through your burdens. She isn20 now and will tell you his voice has always helped her. I truly believe it's God moving through him. That's why I pray for him. That's why I know God gave him a gift and used it.

This song reminds me of my father who passed away last week. I'm living here in Australia and my family is in the Philippines. I can't go home because of the current situation. I went to the beach alone and just looked into the sea breeze, just trying to be strong since I am alone here in Australia and I can't go home to see my father. Just when i sitted, the spotify song switched to this song "Lonely". I couldn't hinder myself but cry, thinking about my father, thinking about how he passed away so sudden. I couldn't help but regret why I wasn't able to tell him I love him even before he passed. I don't even remember when was the last time I called him. My tears where flowing and I keep thinking about my memories with my father. I wish he could have seen me to be more successful in life and be stable. I wish he could have attended to my future wedding and see his future grandkids. I wish he know that I love him. Papa, I'm sorry and thank you for everything. I wish I was there with my family now to grieve with them. Now I feel so lonely being here in Australia, being away from family. Why did it happen now? Why now? There are really regrets, I wish I could have been a good daughter when he was alive. I wish I have told him I love him.
Appreciate and love your parents while they are alive. Make them feel you cared for them. Call them everytime if you are far away from them, because you don't know..you never know the time, their time.

I've lost my father 2 months ago now, so trust me I feel your pain. I was in lock down too when he passed, but I still got the chance to see him a last time. Feels good to cry. If you don't know "Play this when I'm gone" and " Lonely" from Machine gun Kelly, listen to these songs when you need to cry. It helps me a lot. Stay strong and never forget your dad's love for you will never die
If you close your eyes, and listen to this on headphones, it will tug ur soul. This is soo impactful. His voice is truly that of an angel's.
