But when u listen to the older teenagers like 16-17 they all say that smoking cigarettes is stupid and doesnt make you 'cool'. At least thats what its like in the part of Belgium i live in.
My brother used to smoke and he and his friends collected those creepy package. But he's much older than me, and people of my age or younger seems to smoke less cigarettes than older people when they were the same age as us now (I don't know how to express this better, sorry). For a man that's so well travelled, I'm amazed and disappointed that he lumped Europe together like its one country. I've very rarely paid for a public toilet unless you are in a major tourist area in a big city. Even then that's a generalisation. In Amsterdam for example, they even have free public urinals in high traffic areas so that drunk people don't pee directly on the street or in Lane ways. I don't advise using them though as people can see you lol. cigarettes are definitely considered a health hazard. I also don't pay for water. I can't remember any of the other things he said but most of them were also a wide generalisation.

Smoking IS considered a health hazard in Europe.
Cigarettes are NOT considered fashionable, some countries serve free water, sport events are HUGE, street signs are not always on buildings, vacation time depends on the country
Facts about this Video:
Half of the Facts are straight up wrong
What exactly is wrong?
@@lucyk2634 The amount of public toilets you must pay for using is basically zero. Water is free in most establishments unless you ask for a bottle, if you ask for a jar or just a glass they will serve it to you for free. In europe we dont drive less, public transport is more common for getting arround because it doesn't have the stigma it does in the US. Sporting events a r e really big, soccer is the maij sport in europe, and there are like 18731 soccer events a year. Normal size food portions. In no way shape or form are cigarettes considered "fashionable" they are prohibited in most if not all indoor spaces and are actually seen as a health hazard just as much as in any other part of the world. No one dresses to impress ALL the time. Not all toilets have that and, I find that such an uneccesary "fact". There are noy fewer trash cans, but europeans tend to live in flats instead of homes so there is community trash, therefore less trash cans for more people. Not all street sings are posted on buildings, nor is this a common thing in all of europe. Eating out is not an "all day" activity, its mostly done on the weekends or special ocassions. Idk who the fuck gets 6 weeks paid vacation, but for me at least, I know a grand total of: 0 people who get more than 2 weeks of vacations.
