And i said omem deori since she was elected and she was the RS MP when arunachal became an state so as per my logic rajya means state so i put her name in first
Eventhough i won't deny ratom tama as he was first rajya sabha mp but was the nominated one and during his time arunachal was a union territory

Pk tungon he is the first CM before 20th Feb 1987(before Arunachal got its statehood)
Gegong apang became 1st cm of arunachal as state i.e. after 20th Feb 1987

Some GKs show that former is the first elected MP and the latter first nominated MP and vice versa and so on.

He was the 1st nominated MP of Arunachal as NEFA
On the other hand, 1st elected MP was Bakin Pertin
And about the name
different sources has suggested differently
But arunachal official website suggest him as CC Gohain

I have served in NEFA/Arunachal Pradesh for 40 yrs from 1957 to 1997. As far as my knowledge goes the MP of NEFA was C K Gohain (chow khamon Gohain) and second M P was C C Gohain ( Chow Chandret Gohain ) , both nominated. My love to Arunachali people.

Cc gohan and ck gohain are different.
Chow chendrit gohain- 1st elected mp 1970
Chow khemein gohain-1st nominated mp 1952
Upto my limited knowledge i found ck cohain as 1st nominated MP of NEFA and bakin pertin as 1st elected MP of Arunachal
But i wont deny you since , we don't have proper resource available yet and iam also still in a learning process but I'll definitely research on this issue again and then update the data

You make us confused if first cm is pk thungon.. Then how is gegong apang became first cm. Explain briefly otherwise you make us more confused
. 1st CM of Arunachal as union territories was Pk Thunngon( since 1972 after designated Arunachal as UT)
1st CM of Arunachal as State was Gegong apang( since 1987 after getting statehood on 20th feb1987)
