I like that Josh said that is not so satisfied with his career, then they all say there are just so many fast guys that has never even won a major race let alone a Championship. That is what most of the keyboard worriers dont realize, they think and always talk smack like Anderson or Seely Ect. are not fast. They can talk $hit about everyone BUT they have no idea at all how competitive moto is and have never ever even race in the PRO ranks! To even show up and be in the top 40 is a MAJOR accomplishment... Wait, to even be with in 10 seconds a lap is a accomplishment!
Carlos Serrono from Tucson AZ.and raced in the 70-80s is one of the fastest dudes ever but has never won a major Championship but has had many Factory rides and is so fast and talented and most have never even heard of him and there are a lot of riders out there just like him.
So give respect where respect is due And Josh deserves our respect!

PING, GL and Donnie - another great show. Once again you provided a platform for the guest to share "the other side of the story". It is amazing what these guys endure (intentionally and non-intentionally). Deeply appreciate the time and energy you put into these shows. Keep up the awesome work!

It would be great if you used that TV behind you to show old pics or clips of who you are interviewing. Like a shot of Hanny on a KTM in the Troy Lee gear, just a quick shot on the TV would bring it all together. Then get back to your rotating ads.

Number 100 looks great on a bike also. My all time favorites growing up RC, Bubba, TP199, Ryno and Hanny those where the cool guys. Hes also in mx vs ATV unleashed the video game and looks dope in TLD gear ugh so good!

Sleepy .Time I think he’s done some cool stuff, but he definitely has lived in the shadow, his father rode in the greatest era of Mx and SX in US history maybe the history of the sport and won both the National MX 250 title and SX National title in the same year, if not for another freak injury cutting his career short, who knows what he [ Donnie] may have achieved ala David Bailey, he was pre Bailey re his injury, similar style rider ironically. Sadly cut down in his prime.
To me I have raced and still ride since that era followed the sport since that era, they’re are great riders and then they’re are great racers! all these guys talk about riders we have never heard of, how fast they were, but many didn’t even go pro, didn’t make it, then they’re are great racers, to me Josh is a great rider, not a great racer, a true racer is dedicated to his craft, no excuses focused, that’s why talent alone dosent rise to the top and what does is so rare, the best was Ron Lechien in that case imo he did make it but again fell short of his true potential, where as the multiple champs were truly professionals, even when I compare wild riders, say Hannah he had the attitude that would put many of today’s riders who think they are cool tough or whatever to the weeds, a fans man, no BS, no excuses, yet he was still professional in his training, in his attitude to his craft. Josh was rider I was looking forward to seeing carry on from what his dad started but it didn’t happen, he has said it to Ping, it’s as much as his fault, he knows a rider knows if he’s really in or not, like racing they’re is nowhere to hide once you are on the track, but he’s made a career, I respect though that he still loves riding and few at the top when it’s over say that, often they are over it, look at Stewart, he’s such a disappointment for all he achieved, so to me I think Josh can be proud of what he’s done and he has achieved, he won racers, rode for some teams and he’s done it his way. To me he seems a very similar character to Micky Dymond, cool dude and as Ping says a cool story.

Lil Hanny and Micky Dymond need to have a D.N.A Test A.S.A.P! He looks like, has the actions of and sounds just like Micky Dymond. Donnie Hansen (who I have the total respect for he was a beast in '82), you are not the father. Josh Dymond has a certain ring to it.

Not the 1st time that an obvious lookalike. In Spain there was a young kid that looked A TON like a famous bullfighter... and the DNA tests confirmed it when he turned like 20 and started bullfighting. Also, use Google and search for "Justin Trudeau Fidel Castro", the resemblance is crazy and Trudeau's mom used to be a huge fan of the dictator.
I wouldn't be surprised if Micky Dymond had fucked Josh's mom at some point, not out of the realm of possibility at all!

@@davidpingree9254 will it be with Larocco? I realize red bud is his home track. I'd like to hear his input on Kenworthys. I live 35 minutes from where it USED to be. It closed gates and sold everything after 2005. One of the rumors I heard was they lost the national to refusal track changes. Another rumor was riders complaining they hated the track. What the truth is I don't know. I'm not looking for that answer. I am just curious to hear input from a guy who raced there probably more years then any other rider in the sport. Maybe even the whole length of time Kenworthys had a national.
