How to Make a Cute Dorm Room | Isometric Room Modelling - Blender Tutorial | Part 2

Welcome to the second part of my Blender tutorial series on how to create a 3D dorm room! In this video, we'll be covering the rest of the modelling process for our dorm room.
We'll start by adding more furniture and objects, learn how to make a book, how to make a computer, a keyboard, basically the essentials for a desk and for a teenager's dorm room.
I want to point out that I myself am a beginner and I share this as I truly enjoy using Blender and creating different scenes or characters by using it. I watch a lot of tutorials when I get the chance hoping to improve my skills and understanding of the program but also my pace as I sometimes can be very slow. All the videos I'm posting show my preferred techniques in building or creating particular objects, so basically what you see is the summary of all the videos I've personally watched along the way.
What you might also see is me struggling to scale objects or do basic tasks while my computer is lagging, driving me crazy, but I usually cut those parts out or speed them up.
With that being said, by the end of this series of tutorials you will get to accomplish the same room I made, same colours and lighting. I know some videos out there don't cover the lighting part of texturing, but I decided to incorporate them, showing you exactly the process I am using.
Another cool thing about watching this set of videos is that you will come to learn how to adapt certain techniques for your future builds. Many techniques of modelling can easily be repurposed and create something amazing and completely different in minutes.
I personally noticed that once you get the basics, it is simply a matter of imagination on what you will be doing next. Quite an addictive software I may add! :-)
By the end of this tutorial, you'll have a solid understanding of the modelling process in Blender and be well on your way to creating a 3D dorm room. So let's get started!
