Thanks for your constant support. To answer your question, it'd be "喺過去嗰三個禮拜入面，我每個禮拜都有⋯⋯" (hai2 gwo3 heoi3 go2 saam1 go3 lai5 baai3 jap6 min6, ngo5 mui5 go3 lai5 baai3 dou1 jau5...) "過去" means the past. If you want to say " three weeks ago", you can say "三個禮拜前" or "上三個禮拜". You are good at applying learning into a new context, keep it up. :)

"半個月前" is correct and it is commonly used when referring to half a month ago. We don't say "上半個月". :)
