I am not sure if you can understand “fei1 zi1” I don't know its English term either. But some students thought I am talking about "cold sore" here. No, I mean some sore INSIDE your mouth. I asked a few native speakers yesterday. some told me it's "ulcer/mouth sore". Please google the "canker sore" photos. I don't want to make you confused!🥹
(I didn't add photos because it looks disgusting.😅)

We know this as mouth ulcer. This is a more common term to use

A couple days ago I learned pei meant fart, and I was disappointed to think that the beautiful sounding name, "Princess Pei-Pei" in Shanghai Noon, was probably just a joke to say "Princess farts-a-lot". And also happy that I might finally be getting the joke.
What other meanings does pei have with different tones?

I haven't seen this film. I guess princess pei pei is the Mandarin spelling. it's pui3 pui3 in Cantonese

    哈哈!一如既往嘅娛樂性同信息量!我未聽過雞皮。我不嬲都係用呢啲詞 "毛管鬆"。

      係喎,我唔醒起呢個毛管棟嘅講法,我一般都講“起雞皮”。❤
