      Would love to sign up and start. Gotta leave in few days for rehab tho. Do you plan on keeping the free training opportunity for the next 2-3 months?

    "An Inability to go off axis". I hear you stating this quite regularly and it has helped my mind to look at my training differently.
    Thank You.

    You have, without question, the most comprehensive understanding of 'movement' that I have ever encountered. I am familiar with everything you talk about and your philosophy provides the connections between all disciples. Thank you for sharing your understanding and real-life experiences. This is invaluable information that is not widely known or practiced. Thanks again.

    Your training concept seems sustainable and holistic, well informed and condensed into a great syllabus, thus pushing movement competence to the next level. I'll definitely peek into your recommendations too☺️👍

    I have been in the game of fitness for years. I have attempted to maintain freshness but I did not achieve freshness. I fell into the traditional training regiment.

    Core strength and flexibility is key. Also keeping your body always guessing what you will do next will force your body to adapt. For example you do 3 reps of bench press for 4 to 5 sets and you're stuck at 225. Changing it up and doing 15 reps at 135 lbs for a week or 2 will help to break being stuck at 225 lbs. I feel kata, break dancing, yoga or even balley. Is away to keep your body active and flexible. The more flexible you are the better chance you have to avoid injury.

    What is an ideal warm-up for chalistenics? Or for bridge push ups?

    • @adrion5766
      @adrion5766 Před 9 měsíci +2

      So, think of it like that.
      Warm-up takes your body AND MIND from cold, n just chilling, to be ready to push n give energy. It's a build up of energy, from chill builds up to ready to party! And be safe, if you are warmed up, less likely to injure u. And, last n most important: write that in big letters in your room-> ALL CHAMPIONS ARE MASTERS OF MOBILITY. Mobility is joints move with SAME EASE in ALL range of motion. MOBILITY MOBILITY MOBILITY!!!! Lube in the joints!

    Question: At what age do gymnasts usually retire and why?

    • @LeeWeiland
      @LeeWeiland  Před 9 měsíci +1

      There's a whole spectrum. We see 2 groups regularly in our business. Teens and older adults. They are both sick of all the negativity in gymnastics culture and have experienced many injuries. Then they seek us out.

    When doing kata’s do you just repeat the movements you did in the example like 10 times or more? Also what are dyna combos?

    • @LeeWeiland
      @LeeWeiland  Před 9 měsíci +1

      Dyncombos are 3-5 move mini routines that you can connect into larger sequences or katas. Practice dynacombos or katas as many times as you want...and safe...until Level Test time.
