Hello Gabe, my husband and I love you, Luke, Jake, Kelly, redneck, and now Finley. We have watched everyone of your videos, and we love your family. We also watch deer meat for dinner as well. I (Debbie Fletcher) love the way you teach your boys how to fish, hunt, and just live in their best life in the outdoors. Next time yall go out shrimping keep this recipe in mine since yall love egg rolls so much.... grilled blackened shrimp, garlic herb cheese/cream cheese(70-30 blend). Scallions, jalapeño, tomatoes all diced up and mixed it with your cheeses. Season how you prefer. And single roll them in a wrap, then make a thick but not too thick beer batter and flour your egg rolls and then dip and fry. Once cooked dip into a sweet Thai chili sauce. Absolutely fire!!!!

Ok soooooo to wrap a spring roll correctly they should be rolled as a diamond. Filling in the middle, fold bottom triangle up while rolling, then the sides, and finish off the top triangle with the egg wash to seal it up. It'll be more compact and Seal in the flavors better. Just a suggestion. Great vid Gabe. Keep em coming.

Man Luke is standing on the bench seat with that spear gun right below him. Good that y’all have that safety piece on that tip. Kudos for you guys doing that. Could be a very bad day if he were to fall on that. I’m glad that y’all take all precautions while teaching your other boy things.

Quick tip I’m sure 100 people have already told you, next time you roll egg roll wrappers turn them diagonal and fold over from point to point - it makes the sides easier to fold in 😉 - thanks for sharing!!!! And thanks for teaching your kids to be grateful to God!
