Someone took the flag, not quite sure if Quark did or someone else as there were a couple flags being passed around for everyone to take a pic with. And yes, Quark put the whole thing together! They do quite an amazing job.

I love those polar plunge shots. You usually see them when the weather is good, the snow adds so much to it.
