BBC News falls off air - Afternoon Live 29/03/2019 2pm

More technical problems at BBC News as Afternoon Live gets off to a standing start. Several minutes of blank screen, more problems crossing to the House of Commons, but it all seems to come right after a while.

Nice capture. In a world of people recording their TV screens while holding their phone vertically, creating very short clips with no context and posting them to Twitter. It's nice to see someone doing it properly.
