I swear the sheer volume of people who work in public buildings who act like they can have you arrested for filming is too damn high
They need to train them to understand this.
Its a damn epidemic.
Too many years of sitting on their overpaid, protected asses and thumbing their noses at the people they are supposed to serve.
And the shear volume of people that go to public places, to just be a nuisance and cause unnecessary trouble. How many of these fools are there that need to film everywhere they go to get get a rise out of people. If they have a real reason, then so be it.
If the public officials would just ignore the auditors, the novelty would wear off and they would quit going places to film in hopes of getting negative reactions.

Meaning the general thinking is that because it's public property, you have no privacy. Does that also apply to public restrooms?
Obviously, it does not. People can't just record video in a public restroom like any other public setting. So that rule doesn't apply.
Francom6230's reply meant they didn't understand, went into specifics, saying the same thing (privacy is expected in public restrooms). It supports what I wrote but the delivery was as if they were trying to prove me wrong...
Your comment:
"No, because men can now use woman's bathrooms."
I'm assuming you're trying to say that because men can use women's bathrooms, that there is no right to privacy now? In a sense, this is true as it can make women uncomfortable. However, this man is still not allowed to film in there, or peep or whatever. That's still a crime. So there still is an expectation of privacy in public restrooms.
