"English isn't her first language" touches a point that interests me. Where for many people that might be a handicap, Angie seems to exploit the freedom to invent new pronunciations she likes. In the intro, for example, the way she pronounces "breeze" just fascinates me. I'm not even sure what is different in her pronunciation, but it is more pleasant, unusual, interesting and suited to the song. Is it the way she changes the "z" sound to a mix of "s"'s and "c"'s? It seems deliberate because she doesn't do it every time the "z" shows up. Perhaps English pronunciation is just one more thing she has to think about when approaching a song, and if Angelina has to think of an aspect of music well then she is going to improve it.
Diana Ankudinova is another "once-in-a-century" vocal prodigy, just like Angelina Jordan and Dimash Kudaibergen. I'd start with Diana's cover of "Wicked Game," which she performed on the Russian talent show "You're Super!"
