This was awesome. Not as polished as some would have done, presumably because he's actually trying to run it with racing it in mind. And that was what made it so great.

@@euanpatton3462 even more impressive what claudio did considering the fitness of a 16 year old whos barely able to speak while riding vs a 30-40 year old (dont know how old claudio actually is)

Dude this kid has a great vibe. And he rides like a beast. Side note: the stump section looks a lot less sketch this year. Don't know if i dig it yet, it was super exciting for the last few years.

This was the best preview I've seen in a long time because you can see Harrington is actually pushing it and riding great, and you could hear and see he was thinking about the course and his own race as he goes. Outstanding Wyatt, I'll be cheering for you!

Verbalizing trail navigation, lines, execution of features is a cool way to help the viewer process what happens on downhill trails.

He either makes that looks super easy or it's mainly a flat course! Didn't look technical at all really apart from an odd section. Could just be the go pro effect though!

Did we watch the same video? That looked tough. The ruts..the speed..and chunky AF through the woods. He did a great job riding..much less trying to talk and focus at the same time. Good ride kid! Best of luck to you!

@@thingswelike cheers ill have a look! Just looked like a pump track in this. I remember phill atwill riding it on a hardtail in protest in previous years as it was so lame!
@@RideBikes_Walkplaces its not sanitized, its dry compared to previous years. If anything they taped some sketchy corners in before the motorway. From the motorway down its like the previous 2 or even 3 races there, only that its not a mudfest (yet).

All he had to do was take the bike to get air and be on his way. My friend did not have any major problems putting this bike together; small issue was putting one of the brakes on straight; however when the son got home he was able to fix it. The bike rides well gears move correctly; good bike for the price. Wrote review after the son took the bike. Sorry.
16 year old's rip. I ride locally and some of the sketchiest lines and drops are done best by the kids. Only downside is I see them in casts more than the 25+ crew. Hate seeing these guys banged up so young.
Not sure if it is worse now days because the because are so capable you can crash epically on nearly every feature or if back in the day it was worse because the bikes were so bad that you were lucky not to crash trying to ride those 26in dropper less bikes with near vertical head angles.
