This may be unrelated, but bear with me. For people out there waiting for old car mods like this (like me), there is an rFactor mod for the 1958 Formula 1 season, released last December 2018. I'm tempted to post the link, but apparently there's a new patch coming up, so I think I might wait until that comes out so that you don't need to rummage around the web for patches. I hope I'm not spamming the comments section. I just thought that we all like to drive these old cars so I thought I might help.
@@sagitt76 Please, don't throw it away, have a backup if necessary. I knew about a modder that was lingering to release his mod, and suddenly a storm flooded his house and the flood destroyed his computer - And the mods within it - , losing years of job. No hurry, but keep the mod safe. Just in case. ;)

Ciao, è un mod che sto sviluppando per il "vecchissimo" RFactor, di vetture che non hanno mai corso ma erano in fase di collaudo (Alfa 512, Cisitalia 360), altre rimaste solo su carta o poco più (Alfa 162, Alfa 160), altre che hanno corso...ma troppo poco! (Lancia D50, Monaco-Trossi)
:) Volentieri SE riuscirò mai a rifinirlo...è ancora in fase "alfa", con infiniti ritocchi da fare per funzionare decentemente..ancora troppi bug e tantissime cose che non funzionano, e il tempo da dedicargli è sempre troppo poco

Prenditi tutto il tempo che ti serve. Rfactor è il mio simulatore preferito e avere una mod come questa per me sarebbe semplicemente fantastico. Ho una domanda: ma tu per caso hai realizzato pure le piste degli anni 50 o ti occupi solo della realizzazione delle auto?
