I'm 63, and got hooked on REO Speedwagon in my mid 20s. I used to cruise around in my '74 Corvette and listen to REO Speedwagon on the 8 track for hours at the time. I got married, had 2 wonderful daughters, then got divorced, now have a 17 month old grandson. Still listen to REO Speedwagon. Your music truly is timeless, and no matter how bad I feel, it always makes me feel better.

Followed REO from the beginning when Terry Lutrell was on vocals. REO 1 is a fantastic, pretty much obscure album.They often played in Davenport, Iowa where I was. REO II with Kevin was the best in my opinion. Full of gems. After rejoining years later they released some great songs. Roll with the Changes, Time for Me to Fly, etc. Good on ya Kevin! Brilliant career. RIP Gary Richrath.

I'm 66 and live outside of Chicago. I work in Hammond, IN. I was so surprised and excited to see REO Speedwagon's name on the electric billboard at Wolf Lake Pavillion for July 16th concert. A couple of songs they sang are on You Tube...they still have it going!!
Around 1989 Oklahoma state fair REO got rained out but I seen them setting in there bus when they stopped at the gate to unhook the chain after pulling it across the track at our Grand Stand.My favorite tune was “Golden County”we made it Kevin I’m a blessed father and grandfather.Thank You God and REO Speed wagon.

Love the lyrics and rhythm are well arranged, well written lyrics in a simplistic form and easy to remember. Love to watch their videos and concerts. Back then as the song goes "In my dreams" longing that I can watch them in live, in person in my native island in Cebu, Philippines. So many wonderful memories I had with their varities of songs like "Keep On lovin' you", "Can't fight this feeling", "Take it On the Run", "Time for me to fly". It such a wonder feeling remembering those 80's time. I don't see any schedules yet here in DC metro area, only in OH, NY, PA and WV.
