  • The disc is alive. It runs on anaerobic glycolysis. Lack of blood flow to the spine is the main cause of back pain. Some chemicals have a detrimental effect on the spine ligaments (collagen), and contribute to back pain. I have longer video lectures that explain back pain in more detail.

Thank you for providing this information. I suspect that because you are providing the causality of the problem I may be better able to deal with the symptoms. I will order the book you have written on this subject.

The disc is alive. It runs on anaerobic glycolysis. It needs blood flow: to provide glucose, and to rinse away it's waste products. Optimal blood flow comes from low fat, low sodium vegan diet with no oil. Also good to avoid GP (nonorganic foods like beans, oats, gmo soy) & water with F-, b/c can distort collagen & weaken spine ligaments. This increases the risk of DISH (Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis). I did make longer videos on back pain.

I find this absolutely fascinating. Even more motivation to adhere to a strict healthy plant-starch-based vegan diet. Thank-you for producing these videos, Doc!

I have a playlist of beginner videos on nutrition. I also have longer videos on all the topics mentioned in the short videos like "Western abdomen diseases," "what causes back pain," etc.
