FYI - do NOT use metal valve caps especially in areas where there is snow and/or salt use as they will fuse to the stems.
Yep, bi-metal corrosion is a bitch. A dab of copper grease does minimise it.
you may also not want metal if you take the car into a kids stealing caps area hehehe
Many that are metal on the outside are plastic inside for this reason

You do a great job! I learned about all the accessory's from you videos. I can confirm the complete set 3D mats for my 2023 Model Y were worth every penny. The mat screen protector works well. We had a flat tire while in Mesa AZ, using my phone app Tesla roadside had us up and going with a loaner tire within 45 minutes. I have tried the sent wedges, but they didn't produce much of a sent and did't last long. We have the Tesla pet hammock & white interior, it is easy to put in and take out, it does a great job, but we bought one for our son from Team K9 that was just as good & easy to use for 1/2 the price. Thanks again for making your videos.
I bought the Fantikk inflator after seeing your review and then checking the Amazon reviews. Both our cars needed another 3 psi on all four tires and the Fantikk did the job in very little time, only losing about 30% of max battery charge. Well designed, compact, efficient, accurate, and easy to use. Thanks for the review.

The scent wedges only last 1-2 weeks and the oils will crack the plastic on the dash. FYI. I used them on three Teslas for three months.

Just found this video after buying some accessories for my Model 3, and saw that I've bought a bunch of those you showcased. Nice ! On the dashcam SSD part though, I had the Samsung T7 before, but it was bouncing too much in the glove box while driving. Also, it's a known issue that the drive may disconnect in case of a shock/accident happening to the car, and thus you will loose your precious recordings for the police or insurance. So instead now, I went for an endurance MicroSD card (with USB adapter), which is more sturdy inside the glovebox than the SSD system.

Dont recommend the Jowua cellphone mount and charger. The suction fails repeatedly and the wireless charge stopped working on mine in less than a year of use.

I have those air caps, make sure to get UV protectant spray on them or they'll fade.

Chemical guys makes amazing products- pair that with a foam cannon and pressure washer.
I have been using a 7 step process that I pulled together from my own research. Probably overkill but it's easy & works a charm. I use Karscher pressure hose & their car products. Step 1) rinse off car with pressure hose on wide spray 2) cover with the foam 3) pressure hose off foam - not too strong/close but still some force 4) more foam cover 5) wash with Karsher car war brush 6) rise as per step1 7) dry. I use a blower 1st to get 80% water off then micro fibre cloths for finish. Process seems to work a charm. Easy & no micro scratching. No wax, no PPF etc

Don’t buy that hidden under the arm rest compartment. After a few months of high temps in the car, the 4 magnets adhesive that goes on the little door falls off and makes the whole thing worthless. Use the glove box pin option and just throw stuff in there as an alternative.

Replace your mats. Stacking mats, especially for the driver, can lead to a blockage for the pedals.

Your wife may not know this fact. Most cars you buy stays exactly the way it’s on the day you collected it. Tesla is very different, it can actually improve as you own it bcos Tesla update the systems on your car regularly and frequently via wifi from your house. Not that long again, Tesla increase the battery range by 10% via software improvements! Tell me which other manufacturers do that?

Generally the matte screen protector is a downgrade when it comes to the screen visibility. Direct sunlight will create a distracting matte sheen on the screen, making it almost unreadable, and definitely worse than the original. Also the original surface is not so bad when it comes to hiding fingerprints, at least in my use.
Had a semi-matte screen protector for about a year and a half in my 3. Got a Y loaner during a service visit and couldn’t believe how much clearer the screen was. Immediately took mine off when I got my car back.

uh, no tire patch kit? thats like the one practical item i was expecting. med kit with bandages and water to irrigate? ill stick to a 12v 5$ tire pump and an analogue gauge. also carried road flares and some mylar blankets + sleeping bag ever since i saw a really bad accident in front of me. maybe tesla owners have a different idea of what is most practical. pretty sure u still need jumper cables in most ev's coz the 12v is what closes the contactors on the big battery
My 2023 M3 does not have the screws necessary to screw in the grocery bag holder’s like all the advertised holders require. Is there one that can adapt to not having those screws.

I like the minimalism of Teslas and all these little add-ons complicate that simplicity... but to each their own.
More like add features people actually want. You don't have to buy them, but for some things, I wish they were optional from the factory.
@@TecnamTwin The extreme minimalism is a double-edged sword, for sure. Aesthetically, I love them as is, but functionally some features could be improved. I kind of like being challenged to travel lightly and work with what's there.

I really like your videos in general but am surprised to see the recommendations for so many products that are least according to these videos look to be made rather cheaply and don't have the same finish as the rest of the car. It reminds me of the kinds of things you might see at the automotive section of Walmart for any generic car, not a $60k luxury vehicle. I would love to see a video of much higher end accessories like console trays and floor mats that are made of better materials.

Ryan, one of the issues I have when trying to car camp in my Tesla Y is that the rear seat cushions create an incline whenever I put a mattress on top and this causes my feet to slide toward the trunk. Do you know if there exists some kind of frame that I can put under a mattress that would make the frame underneath more flat?
Whoever innovates a set of Cubbies that assembles/transformers into a slung and or wheeled arrangement will get minted - aim is for swift embarking/disembarking of the Tesla FSD taxi fleet. Especially where such an arrangement offers zero residual presence and in-car personalisation.

So ... a bill to eliminate tax credits. That was to be expected. Once the democrats are purged from positions of power this coming January, we can expect the EV tax credits to go away. No great loss. I'm with Elon in believing that subsidies are not necessary and that EV's, especially Teslas have reached to point where they can conquer the market on their own merits. Now we just need to push for elimination of all subsidies for ICE & other fossil fuel uses.
