The Itsy Bitsy Tiny House is a modern tiny house with a main-floor bedroom, 2 full-size lofts, a spacious living room with a 3-seater sofa, a kitchen with a pantry, and a bathroom with a heated floor and washer/dryer. It's 34' long on the main floor and 40' long with the loft bump-outs up top. This tiny house is on Vancouver Island in BC, Canada and we're going to give you a full tour!

There are so many details in this tiny house that make day-to-day living in a small space comfortable and functional. The entrance has space to hang coats and store shoes, the kitchen has a drop-leaf table to seat 4 people, there is loads of storage in the bedroom closets, under the bed, and in the kitchen pantry, and hooks everywhere to keep things out of the way but still easily accessible.
This tiny house is also parked near a beautiful lake and is in a private forested nook with an outdoor seating area and a fire pit. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

HOW MUCH DID THIS TINY HOUSE COST TO BUILD X
Instead of that ladder I would prefer a small set of stairs going up, and could leave the side of stair open for a lot of extra storage of shoes, seems like some space is going to waste because of that ladder and who wants to have to climb up and down in the middle of the night? Other then that really love the rest of how the house is laid out, very nice!

As I will celebrate my 80th birthday this year, I literally yearn for a tiny house, and this home would be my dream come true, only in Florida, where I chose to live over 20 years ago. My old bones crave the heat, the comfort of a simple life and the pleasures of the outdoors. This is truly a dream house.

Another excellent tour because of the tour guide! She spends enough time with each area, to let us get a good grasp of it, then moves on to the next, so as not to get bored. Great job...& a very nice “Tiny”!
This may be relatively tiny (still bigger than half of the apartments in Asia or London), but I have a feeling it wasn't cheap to build. Still, it looks absolutely gorgeous!! Would love to have one like that.
Looked at the prices and it’s between 92K CAD and 146K CAD not too bad and it comes with pretty much everything you see 🤷♀️ (like appliances etc.) certainly not the cheapest but for the quality and peace of mind it’s pretty good imo 😊

Yes! She gets right to the point. And has a very easy to listen to voice and manner. This is my favorite tiny home yet. Unfortunately it's probably in the range of a couple of hundred thousand dollars. *sigh*

ugh, me too! so few tiny houses have bathtubs in the bathroom. Ive seen plenty outside but one in the bathroom would be so dreamy
@Stephanie Bogart I immediately thought the same thing. I've been without a tub for YEARS now. Showers are nice, but a bathtub is SWELL. My favorite was this house I lived in with a claw foot tub - I often used it TWICE a day (before and after working the night-shift :)

Finally an actual toilet and no composting required. I wouldn't mind a tiny house but I can never get past the composting toilet so this was a really nice place.
I love that blue couch and rug!! So pretty. The house even has a dishwasher, if you bought a portable tub it would be perfect. It's amazing how looking at it, it actually looks a lot bigger than normal tiny homes, especially with room above for headspace in the lofts and room around each bed, no struggle to make it. I'm saving this one for when I do finally get a tiny home. Thanks.
My favorite home to date. A main floor bedroom with tons of storage and that can be closed off for privacy. Every item and each space is carefully thought through and designed for comfort.
This is a brilliant layout, one of the best I’ve seen. They’ve essentially created a 3 bedroom tiny! The kitchen is fantastic. I would ditch the TV in the living room and have a small armchair opposite the couch as a conversation space.

I would like to make a house similar to that however I would like to use shipping containers to ensure that it can survive hurricanes or earthquakes without breaking into pieces like most of these new homes built with Lego blocks. Great Video

exactly what I would like to do but don't know of a company doing that perhaps you do and would share. I'm a bit older now and can't physically see myself able to build one myself although I'd like to. So I would need a company to build it for me.

This is the most practical tiny home I have seen in a long time. This would work perfectly for someone older that would have problems climbing the latter or stairs!

I love the floorplan of this tiny house, I agree bedroom downstairs is the best solution for people that have difficulty climbing the ladder. Nice size kitchen and appliances, well-planned tiny house. It’s one of the best I’ve seen so far. And I love the outside of the space for sitting and hanging around.
