This home really shows that you can get a a great unit at a great price. Cheap doesn’t have to be ugly , or poorly constructed. Even the master is well done. The living room kitchen/dining room combo has a really nice look. At this price point it represents excellent value even if the price is ballpark figure. It’s a buy, buy.
The utility/laundry room is just about perfect. I like that the two end bedrooms are not only roomy but the closets allow the floor to be uninterrupted by them. The stone trim on the kitchen island looks like a toe-stubbier even though it is visually attractive. All in all a very nice livable home.

A lovely, spacious home anyone would be fortunate and proud to own. I love the fact it has 2 bathrooms. I require a handicapped accessible living space and this home provides that. Especially like the kitchen! Stainless steel appliances, airy and so much natural light! The huge closets are a plus as well. The hallways are wide enough. The third bedroom I could use as a library/craft room. The laundry room is a valuable asset. What’s not to like?
First off this home is BEAUTIFUL!! Very large rooms. Lot's of closet space. My son had a home almost exactly like this one only difference it had cathedral ceiling in living area kitchen and master bedroom. He took out the tub in master and changed to a large walk in shower. And the window in dinning room became a door to the patio he built on. I love this home and good price.
Love this, Mr. Chance! I love that it's fully sheet-rocked & the fit & finishes on it are all really great. It's also nice to have a slightly smaller double-wide that still has really decent sized secondary bedrooms! Only thing that would make this even more perfect is a walk-in pantry! :)
I am really impressed with this home. For its size and price, it has more to offer in many respects than a lot of the larger & pricier homes we've (notice how we're a team now!!) toured. With a few extra shelves, I would use the linen closet outside the guest bath as a pantry and I'm really impressed with the features (mop sink & closet space) and possibilities (fridge or freezer space) in the laundry room considering it's size. A really enjoyable and interesting tour.... thanks.

Cullen is ADORABLE!!! This is a great home. I wouldn't change a thing except for removing the carpet. They even trimmed out the mirrors. This is one of my favorites. I don't comment on all your videos but I watch them all. Hold Cullen tight, Chance. You are blessed as I'm sure you know.

Really love this house. Love rock on the entry door and the island. Perfect layout. Normally I say that the master shower should be tiled, but this one seems to fit the bathroom with the dark outlined shower door. Cullen did a great job! Anxious to see what Thursday brings!

This house has some spectacularly large closets, very different from the one in the following video, which is two-story and so large, and the architects forgot that the closets must be large, large, I prefer this one to the two-level one. The only thing I didn't like was the master closet in the bathroom. Apparently they do not remember that the humidity of the bathrooms can damage clothes, shoes, handbags, cosmetics, jewelry, etc, etc. Thanks, I love your videos!!!!❤💖❤

A lot of home for a great value! I personally felt like there were a few more quality things in this home than in some I've seen priced higher. I could see where adding a few upgrades could make it nicer, but as it is I think it's a good bargain.
It really sucks how much the prices have gone up. Our local dealer used to have one that was almost 3000sqft and awesome, for 140......affordable housing is a thing of the past :(

Extremely nice. I'd go for the microwave in the right tall cabinet option. In the Master Bath I'd want the tiled shower. I'd want a basement but the stairs would be out the back door into the attached garage. Getting that water heater in the basement would add at least 3 feet to the Master Closet. I wonder if they offer a higher pitched roof option. I have a lower pitched roof, the shingle life is half of what a higher pitched roof is.
Wow! My home sells for just 10k more and was built in place with brick exterior and garage, on a 1/3 acre piece of land. I didn't realize that manufactured homes were so much more these days.
Where the heck do you live? I live in a rural spot in Virginia. A dump across from me just sold for $179,000. The house is small and has a terrible layout. It's on a tiny spot of land too. So to me this seems great for $150,000. It's much nicer that what sold near me. I'm generally in one of the cheapest places in the US. However the home market is way up and prices have skyrocketed here.

I was surprised to see this mobile home. It was around the same time that you did this video that I went by and fell in love with this same one! I wasn’t able to go the next day but the day after I was prepared to do the paperwork and purchase this same home. I was told that it had sold the previous day! I was also told that the price had been lowered in order to get it off of the lot to make room for newer homes. I was very disappointed especially after telling my children that we would be trying our best to get it. The salesperson could have at least made a phone call just to let know. The hardest part was telling my children that we would not be purchasing the house after all.

I like the cubby hall with closet into the hall bath. It gives a bit of privacy from the dining/living aree. simple functional layout. Nicely done.,
A lot of home for a great value! I personally felt like there were a few more quality things in this home than in some I've seen priced higher.
I could see where adding a few upgrades could make it nicer, but as it is I think it's a good bargain.
It really sucks how much the prices have gone up. Our local dealer used to have one that was almost 3000sqft and awesome, for 140......affordable housing is a thing of the past :(

Extremely nice. I'd go for the microwave in the right tall cabinet option. In the Master Bath I'd want the tiled shower. I'd want a basement but the stairs would be out the back door into the attached garage. Getting that water heater in the basement would add at least 3 feet to the Master Closet.
I wonder if they offer a higher pitched roof option. I have a lower pitched roof, the shingle life is half of what a higher pitched roof is.
Wow! My home sells for just 10k more and was built in place with brick exterior and garage, on a 1/3 acre piece of land. I didn't realize that manufactured homes were so much more these days.
Where the heck do you live? I live in a rural spot in Virginia. A dump across from me just sold for $179,000. The house is small and has a terrible layout. It's on a tiny spot of land too. So to me this seems great for $150,000. It's much nicer that what sold near me. I'm generally in one of the cheapest places in the US. However the home market is way up and prices have skyrocketed here.
@@MrComicalmoodydan I have lived in Virginia 40 years ago, it was expensive then, and going by what you say, it still is. I'm a couple of states below yours.
@@dwd3416 it use to be cheap here but prices in the area have skyrocketed the past year. Most houses around here on both the TN and VA side are selling the moment they go up. Often selling at $20,000-$30,000 above asking price.

I was surprised to see this mobile home. It was around the same time that you did this video that I went by and fell in love with this same one! I wasn’t able to go the next day but the day after I was prepared to do the paperwork and purchase this same home. I was told that it had sold the previous day! I was also told that the price had been lowered in order to get it off of the lot to make room for newer homes. I was very disappointed especially after telling my children that we would be trying our best to get it. The salesperson could have at least made a phone call just to let know. The hardest part was telling my children that we would not be purchasing the house after all.

The words slightly luxurious and very affordable come to mind looking at this. It's definitely something I would love. It's for people who want some luxury but well under the luxury budget.
I like the word affordable instead of the word cheap because I think people associate the word "cheap" with poor quality. This home is nice for the price! Its beautiful.
