- We spent over a month in Australia and this vlog episode is about our cheapest day trip in Australia. This day trip was to one of Australia’s big four - Blue Mountains. Blue mountains are considered to be part of the western outskirts of the Greater Sydney Region. It's an easy and cheap day trip via train from Sydney center. A few comments from a local:
- Even on weekdays, the Opal fare is capped at $18.70 per day and it is usually less crowded in the Blue Mountains than on the weekends. A credit card will also work for an adult fare, including for all the discounts and caps.
- It can be quite cold in the Blue Mountains, and its snows occasionally in Winter.
- DO worry about the sun. The earth's orbit is closest to the sun during the southern hemisphere summer. More than half an hour can lead to sun burn, even in a couple of hours in shadier areas. Australia has one of the highest skin cancer rates in the world (more than 2 out of 3 will get some form of it). Wear a hat and use sunscreen.
Nice video !
Any way you explained each and every step nice information
Hi, did you pay for the scenic world tickets to take the railway?
Hi when you steep down 900 steps at there from where to buy the train tickets to go up kindly clear this
If you walk down, there is no place to buy the ticket sadly, so you either buy it beforehand, or there are 900 steps on the other side of the route where you can climb back 🙈
@@mdworkation price for ticket?
Ticket prices are here: scenicworld.com.au/tickets
It costs 50 AUD for an adult, but for this price you get possibility to take all possible rides from scenic world and from our video you could see that some of them might be breathtaking.
