If you have to have your arm at heart level to record the blood pressure accurately for any wrist monitor ( 00:48 ), how trusted is the nocturnal data recorded by this watch ( 02:21 ) if you arm isn't across the chest? I would have like to have seen the interviewer tune into these two contrasting points. He really missed an important opportunity here.

Good question but at night, when you’re asleep in a horizontal position, your watch is already at the same level as your heart is.
