I have a Compact model of these and it's become an essential part of gaming for me. I could use the keyboard, but I absolutely don't want to. But yes, it took weeks of getting used to. The reason the buttons feel like mouse clicks is because they essentially are, the gamepad is full of mouse microswitches. They work great, but they're not as resistant to hard pounding as normal keys - but then again, this is more of a precision instrument anyway. Either way, I've used mine for many months without issues and I'm not going back. My "main game" is Destiny 2; there, I have to map the analog stick to WASD and settle for 8-way movement, but in Cyberpunk it can be used as a full 360 analog, which is nice. Any game that supports simultaneous game controller and keyboard input can be set to have full analog movement.
The weakest point of the whole setup is the software, to be honest. However, the ReWASD software has added direct support for the Azeron and when you put the Azeron together with a mouse, and a keyboard, and maybe even game controller in a grouped setup there, you get many advantages. One being that the software stays running, and it can detect game changes on the fly (if you set it up once first) and just remap the Azeron from game A to game B without you lifting a finger. It's an extra fee but it does elevate the experience, imo.

@@sako2874 Ease of repair is very high, it's just screwed together, easy to dismantle. The parts are as far as I can tell entirely standard mouse-style switches and an Xbox joystick. Even if you break the plastics, buttons, arms, they're 3D printed so Azeron can just sell you new parts. Durability is also great, but the mouse switches can be damaged by overly eager pressing (just like you can on a mouse). But, a soldering iron and minimal skill and you can just remove the busted one and put in a new, I'd say.

It took me a while to get used to my Compact as I desperately wanted to take advantage of the Console-controller-like setup but it's not properly supported with a mouse by most games. Now that I have have settled for WASD and a pure keyboard-like setup and I can use it for almost all games. My suggestion is, try it on a slower paced single player game first.

I use the azeron classic for WoW I cant go back to a regular keyboard now. The azeron just gives you the edge as you have access so quickly to lots of buttons. The only draw back is the learning curve it will take you a few weeks to get used to it. The software is a bit meh for it also but its beta still.

I find Rewasd to be a game changer for WoW. The main thing I find fantastic for MMOs with lots of binds, is the ability to bind things to both short and long press, double and triple press too if you like.
So you have your constantly used abilities on a quick click, longer CDs and lesser used abilities activate by holding the key for a short period of time (can be adjusted in the software, 300 milliseconds is the default, make it shorter or longer if you wish).
It removes the need for shift and control modifiers, everything is on a single key press. It's so nice.
Other games can definitely benefit from this too. Saw a video of some guy playing Apex Legends. He'd bound small shield to short press, big shield to long press etc.

Hey Nico, how have you been? I have a problem that only you could solve...I have a kind of delay when I refresh the desktop.
When I refresh the desktop with either right click or F5 there is a delay of maybe half a second between clicking and updating. Space issue I don't think it is because I have the SO on the SSD and inside the SSD I have about 70GB of free space ... The rest of the programs, games and others are on the HDD that has 492GB of available space. I also rule out the fact that the desktop is overloaded with programs as it has the minimum...
I do not know if it influences but I will leave my PC as detailed as possible.
    i5 4440
    GTX 970
    16GB RAM DDR3
    1TB HDD
    120GB SSD (has the OS)
I do not understand why ... it works with the usual speed but it is difficult to refresh and, unfortunately for me, I am a very picky person :(. I appreciate any help and I will be as available as possible.
