Microsoft Project - Delay Analysis Techniques: AACE Australian Section

Many construction contracts specify that a delay must be calculated from the critical path of a program. Often project programs are completed Microsoft Project and therefore to demonstrate a delay the scheduler needs to add delays to the program in order to evaluate delays.
