Not the best way to install the film?? The first corner bottom you doing good but the second one bottom corner get dirty if you install like that
What if you have a car that when you open the door it automatically shifts the window down a cm and then when you close it, it goes back up. Is that okay to have it do that as long as you don't fully put the window down for a couple of days?
yes that is fine!
yes as long as it has been shrunk and installed properly, it should not have any problems
And how long do you let it dry before you roll down the window?
Normally like 3-4 days that’s what I got told when I got my windows tinted👍
if its hot weather 2 days and cold upto 4 days is fine
Thank you guys. I flip cars from salvage auctions and the local tint shop here told me it's 150 to remove the tint and 200 to put it back on.... So I recently ordered a precut rear film from eBay for 18 dollars and a squeegee and razor blade set for 27 dollars... I'm sure it won't be perfect but I'm sure it will get the job done 👍🏿
How come my tint look kinda hazy in the light will it cured? And air bubbles?
So shrinking the film isn’t necessary? I was taught that if you don’t shrink it you will get fingers??
Not all cars require shrinking, but you need to check while making the pattern, by using "N" lock method
I have made another video where you do require the shrink on the side
@@windowtinttraininginstitut5558 thank you for responding!
In the UK you can't use that film it's too dark only 70% allowed otherwise you could get pulled .
Use it anyways and if you get pulled tell the police to fuck off. That's how we do it in America
yes here in Australia we have 35%VLT rule for the front window, so it blocks 65% light, I used 15% VLT for the video purpose only, cheers mate
What happened to shrinking the film I would not take advise from this guy
not all cars require shrinking on the sides, ill make video where you do need shrinking on the side
He's right. Only use the heat gut if necessary.
