i like the idea of a weekly LIVE show (i am usually off somewhere when vloggers go live) a lot of vloggers do live weekly updates, a chance to get away with the subs and chat up and share and vent a week's worth of (grief news &) Good news out to all fans and subs
// Once u use a room for vlogging that makes the room (how many rooms not including the kitchen/bathroom) partly deductible.
// hydro also becomes deductible (if sep from rent) IF u use a room for vlogging
the chairs and furniture and desk all partly deductible ONCE u have a room for vlogging. the decor on the wall becomes a Classed asset item, CCA.
so if u buy a POSTER signed from a Con put that on the wall, that is decot do not sell it
If u deduct as a CCA item, then sell the Poster, that triggers a Capital gain on the sale and a possible recapture of any CCA u deducted off your Vlogging income //
Once u do a Room Up, it becomes more of a business that can be deductible (paint rug carpet also partly deductible if in that vloggers' room

Chad and I are so extremely happy that everything ended up working out for y'all with having to move in such short notice! The new place is super nice. And having a place to do laundry is just the best feeling in the world. We have a robot too but hasn't been used in a few years lol. I freakin love this! So happy for both of you. I remember the first video I saw with Cris in it where you went to a fairytale storybook theme park during Christmas time up in the NJ/PA area. Then she started popping up in a lot of videos and now look where you are! I already commented on Cris’ moving video, but I’ll comment to you too, Jay. I love seeing people be happy. There’s nothing like true love and finding someone in your life that just fits you perfectly. My wife and I fall into that category and I don’t think you can really spot it until you’ve found it for yourself. Best wishes on all your adventures together and congratulations on your new place. That was a huge step for me, Brittany, and our dog. Now our little family is as happy as can be and going on 3 years married and over six together.
