'Finding Alice' is my soundtrack written to celebrate the 150th Anniversary for Lewis Carroll's story 'Alice's Adventures In Wonderland'.
Having been fascinated by Alice In Wonderland since I was a child I have now written two pieces of music about my feelings and impressions from the book and the movies.

My mother had the original hardcover book. I was only a child but I loved reading that big old book. The pictures in it were fascinating. I remember Alice swimming in the Mock turtles tears, and all the strange creatures she saw passing her by. I don't know what ever happened to that old book. I wish I still had it today! Your song is fantastic I really enjoyed it.

Alice is one of my favourite stories as well. It's one of those tales that I always go back to once in a while. That being said, this song is amazing. It adds an epic and grand feeling to the story which is quite new for me. Your music transforms the quaint dreams of a young girl into a supreme fantasy. Instead of those surreal illusions I am used to seeing, I am now imagining a world that is more concrete. To put it all in simpler terms, Alice's childhood dreams are coming to life in reality, made more vibrant by maturity. Alice's old foes and friends in Wonderland have gained the qualities of real heroes, and are stronger than mere "packs of cards." The laughable battles in "Through the Looking Glass" between the red and white knights now replay in my mind with more valiance and impact. Thanks for your awesome music, once again!

Paul Caveworks I'm really happy that you mention that actually, cause I do experiment with a lot of different genres, but at the end of the day I want them all to carry my own personal style - and it's great that you think that they do.
And yes, there's a lot to experience from Alice in Wonderland, and I can highly recommend the British TV movie from 1999.
Today I rewatched the Alice in Wonderland after years... I was so disappointed I didn't find this song there, this song merged in my mind with the film so much that I was sure it was part of it. 🤣
