Loved this short story. I listen with headphones, but I can concentrate on Juliet Stevenson's voice and mostly ignore the music. I must say that the music accompanying this story is a lot better than in some of the earlier productions, both in content and volume, so I imagine that listeners' comments have been noted!
I love the channel and Juliet Stevenson is brilliant. But, honestly, the background noise, I can’t call it music, is enough to make me turn it off frequently.

I wonder why this CZcamsr keeps putting this dreary music on in the background? I’ve tried so many from this channel, and every single one has the same comments from listeners - WHY THE MUSIC? and MUSIC IS OFFPUTTING. But still this channel keeps doing it. It’s so annoying, I’m going to turn off yet another one and not come back!
Seems a shame, because obviously making the effort to put up these recordings is all in vain, if a large portion of people don’t like it. 😢
