I have a bath bomb business and I am so scared of my products getting messed up when I have help. I also get really worked up when I try to show people how to help but they don’t understand. How do you stay so calm and teach them?

an idea- instead of writing the names from the iPad and potentially missing one or losing your place, write them when you print the labels so you can have them both together then and set both aside, and that way you don’t have to worry about the order of writing on the cards because you combined the card with the label when you wrote the name. it could be either the shipping label or the packing slip label, to me it would cut down on time as well. coming from a shop owner, wishing you the best!

I don't know if this will be helpful or not but what if instead of the 1 row that's horizontal and 1 row that's vertical, what if you have 2 rows that are either horizontal or vertical (depending on space) and the first row is split down the middle so you can go between them, like aisles so it saves on you moving around so much. It keeps you in one area. The first row can be the best sellers or it's done by the alphabet? I have shipping and packing order background experience and doing it in aisles cut down on my finding time

omg youre walking around so much picking all the scrunchies one by one per order! i think to save your time, u should get a cart and put orders into like organizer boxes? then when youre done u cam go back to tje packaginf station. ofc i dont work for small businesses or ever own one, but just a suggestion ;; coming from a good place hope you dont mind >

Guess what?! I started my scrunchie business after watching your vlogs for like...several months. It's been a a week and a half now since my first launch and currently got 5 designs for my scrunchies as a start. hahahaha I am selling to local clients for now but I want to go nationwide and join an online shopping platform but there's a lot to prepare and things to buy, plus I still have a main job that I need to focus on...hahaha oh and as of Dec. 13, I got 10 orders selling 38 scrunchies! YAY! I'm just sharing how you and your team inspired me to take that leap of faith that I need to start something out of my comfort zone :)
