Very sensitive, great for finding wires in walls. I have a clear screwdriver that has a led and mosfet inside + watch batterys. i hold the blade end and bring the handle end two to 4 inches away from a plug socket, it lights up really bright. It also detect mains wires buried in the brick/plaster wall. No where near as good as yours but it works 😀
They should Make one With Either A Digital Readout or analog Meter readout, then One can see just how high the Voltage is , That too can be Useful for Noncontact If working on Older electronics with high Voltages Present. But a Readout of some Kind would be Nice feature to have.

Mine picks up AC-DC for some reason. Wasn't expensive but a reasonable make. I was surprised it started beeping and lighting up on a usb lead.
Wtf I just bought one for DC and you wait till end of video to say this is AC only omg! At least I can play with my dog with the laser.
