Someone smarter than me phrased their thoughts on the album in a way that I love. If "Vision" is showing us our future down our current path, the b-sides are to remind us what we're fighting for when trying to change that path.
Their rock era ended in 2019. 👀 There will always elements of it but they've moved the EDM elements of their sound that was just on Nightmare era/Raid of Dream b-sides into title tracks and that is what brought a lot of fans in during Dystopia era. EDM and rock can exist together and do so well. Tbh, I'm a lifelong rock & metal fan and sometimes I feel like the people who are upset about Dreamcatcher supposedly doing less rock sounding music don't know a lot about the genre and assume that the early title tracks are representative of rock as a genre. Dreamcatcher is honestly the Iron Maiden(legends with epic story songs and amazing instrumentals) of K-Pop but you gotta listen to Iron Maiden to get the association. If anyone ever wants to learn about the origins of rock and it's major genres I suggest Sam Dunn's Metal Evolution docuseries.
My favorite song on A:FU changes every day! Today it's Rainy Day because it's been raining all day and I need something soft to relax to. I really like Fairytale because it's a soft song that isn't ballad. Like, I can't be crying 24/7 because of my faves. 😂

By the way, in the latter part of the song, "Fairytale", the part where "Woo~ Woo~" and "Flow Your Heart" are repeated twice is sung by Siyeon, and the last line of "Flow Your Heart" is thought to be sung by JiU. 😉
The "Vision" is an really amazing and great song. I keep getting goosebumps all over my body. The more I listen, the deeper and deeper I fall in love with Vision. And "Fairytale" is a really beautiful and wonderful song that seems to be walking in the sky. And "Some Love" is such an interesting and amazing song. I feel like I'm facing a new world I've never met. And "Rainy Day" is a very emotional and beautiful song that makes my fall into memories, warm-hearted, and tear my eyes. As we always know, Another Great Masterpiece Album by Dreamcatcher ! ❤ Thanks.
This album is up there in my top favorite albums of Dreamcatcher
Dreamcatcher is scheduled to tour concerts in Germany (Berlin), Netherlands (Tiburg), Poland (Warsaw), U.K (London) and France (Paris) from mid-November to late November this year. As far as I know, ticket reservations are in progress. I went to the New York concert, one of Dreamcatcher's concerts in the United States, in July, this year. It was such an amazing and great concert. Even now, when I think about the concert, I get so excited that my heart trembles and I get goosebumps all over my body. Needless to say, it was just the best concert. 👍

I believe follow your heart in outro, the first two are Siyeon not JiU. I can say lyric video from zaty farhani still the best for pronunciation, meanings, and highlighting who's singing. even though a lot of people hate it because of additional audio in the end.

Our girls always competing among themselves...bring better and better performance and music. Finding their own path into the music industry. Now probably after they havd achieved what they wished for A WIN.. The producers and DC could move on to international music industry. DCC management should plan to participate more International Music Festival, Movie Theme song and soundtrack or making a Dreamcatcher journey firm/documentary.

I believe they are showing us the perspective from the future in this series, showing us how the earth looks like when we keep acting like we do. While "Maison" was talking about the destruction of the environment, here they seem to be talking about the destruction due to war. I don't know if that was the idea from the beginning, but Putin's aggression definitely played a role here. In one set they even dance in front of what looks sort of like a huge trident, which is the coat of arms of Ukraine (could be a coincidence though, or this is me seeing things).
It is easy to see how the conflict in Ukraine could result in global destruction. It's just a push of a button away. Note that Dami presses a launch button, but it's not for nukes. It's for spreading their message, their vision. Peace. To be heard all around the world. The song is also a call for action, to stand together against aggressors and those who are destroying the planet out of greed. There is not much difference between someone leading an army or a corporation, if the result is destruction. Still, Dami said the intention is to resolve the problems in a peaceful way.
So, what do we do? There is no easy answer. Dami has an outfit that shows that perfectly. One half is an innocent bridal dress, the other half is simply badass. What I know is that any aggressor only listens to very limited diplomacy, and they need to know that the good in the world is ready and willing to fight them if needed. Whoever the aggressor is, we are more than them. They need to know they will never succeed, the only option is peace.
By the way, my interpretation could be completely wrong, any other theory is perfectly valid as well.
Musically, it's heavier than Maison, and I feel it fits the subject matter very well. It sounds aggressive and heavy, but also soft and vulnerable. There is the duality again. And I love the fake keychange at the end of the chorus, the crazy bass and the guitar in the bridge. All in all this is a fantastic release!
