Bro soap is not potent , u should always buy a cleanser either gel or lotion base
Soap not going to work. Go for a quality kojic acid face wash or which contains AHA+ BHA.
Don't use shop , u can try Minimalist 7%ALA and AHA brighting face wash with vitamin B5 and glycolic Acid
