Reality is that most 23 and 24 years old can’t afford an expensive house in Phoenix, baby, and traveling all the time. It’s nice for them but I wonder if this causes young teens to believe this is very common. Most kids don’t understand the value of money. It is smart to get a transfer degree or prerequisites at a state or community college and save money. I hear how people have bad student loans to pay back.

Unfortunately the smell was all under my room too because the bathroom was right next to my room and the pipes ran under my room and to the septic tank right on the other side of the wall to my bedroom, right outside ❤ loved that smell every time someone used water in the house.

My brother's house was built in 1901. He had to replace almost all the plumbing, but it was worth it! Somebody else replaced the wiring before he got there.

Ik someone already said this, but I’m so glad that they were open about how the house was over their budget. Shows that you have to work really hard to get what you want, and sends that message out to the masses. Nothing will ever come handed to you, and for my life so far, it took me forever to realize just that.

They own that house. They are looking at rental properties. I think social media has been a lucky charm for them. I can see them branching out into property management instead. Lots of people step away from social media if they’re successful with it.

Realtors do that to people on purpose, they will show you a bunch of houses that they know you can’t afford or that you won’t necessarily like, and then bring you to a house that’s in your budget that isn’t selling. So make sure you watch out, do your research, and buy something you want not something they push on you! Congrats on the baby he’s beautiful!!!
Okay but the first house is a great one to start a family it’s cozy and you could spend a few years slowly renovating and then move out when your family gets larger :)
Just a tip given by many real estate agents is, don’t discuss or talk about liking the house in the house 😂 cuz some homeowners have cameras setup to listen in what you are discussing and might rack up the price if you are interested
